English football clubs paid a combined £547.8 million to agents over the past year, according to FA figures.
The charge follows his dismissal during Manchester United PL clash with Bournemouth on the 20th March.
The incident saw both coaches leave their respective technical areas and engage in a physical confrontation following a foul near the touchline.
The initiative developed in cooperation with FIFA, is designed to encourage attacking play and improve the flow of matches.
Two coaches have been handed one-match bans from the touchline, referees’ dressing rooms, and all official duties.
