The German Football League announced that the change to matchday timekeeping will come into effect from Jan 1st.
The club emphasised that the measures are designed to ensure a safe matchday environment.
LaLiga must now disburse approximately €88 million in additional funds to the 22 clubs.
Despite the sanction, the club stressed that Emegha remains a key figure in the squad.
Club officials also reiterated their determination to eradicate ticket resales, framing the digital ticketing transition as an essential step in that process.
